My iPhone jet black has been used naked for all these months. Now got a lot of micro scratches on the back of it.

Is it possible to go to apple and ask them if I can get the casing replaced to a new one?

Nothing wrong with my phone. I just want to change to a new casing again. Don't mind paying

Odd I saw a lady on a iphone on starhub is shown LTE symbol and not 4g ? Thought all local iphone on 4g is shown on 4g and not LTE ?

But I saw her iMessage downloading some picture like omg soo slow from orchard mrt to city Hall then dl done total x3 Pixture

It will come sealed with plastic and for your information, Apple products has no warranty card. So nothing to stamp..

Make sure it's sealed.

Also can check serial number of the iPhone to see if it has been activated before.

I've seen a shop indicating "1 Year Apple Singapore Warranty from date of activation.". I don't know how it works these days, but I recall getting an iPhone from a telco and they'd to register it on the spot, thus activation occurred there and then?

When I went to sell the iPhone to a shop, and the shop in turn had to keep it for a few days before selling, would the warranty be less than a year eventually?

Something to check on.

In your case, its a cosmetic issue which caused why your own negligence, can only be claimed under AppleCare+ under accidental damage, up to 2 incidents per year.

Under AC+, its $148 to replace your phone under ERS, and that you have to return your phone to the online store via a return packaging within 10 working days, or else you will be charged a late return fee (between 10-20days) or a full amount(if returned beyond 20days or never returned) of the replacement product..

If you have no AC+, then don't bother asking for ERS, cos you might as well buy new one.

Anyone experience white spot on their iPhone 7 housing? Seems like even with fully cover shell protected... discolouration on the aluminium housing still occur... is there anyway to deal with it?

Was sourcing thru Apple forum and ppl mentioned it's the sunlight that cause the problem... really?!!
