By the the way yours got exchanged on the spot?

They took my set and ran the diagnostic test,the test took about an hour.I got my newly exchange phone within 2 hours from the moment I stepped in their sc..

I had a similar incident for my 6s plus. At first I had issues with fingerprint unlock . 50% fail to unlock. Initially I thought it's the sensor issue, but it ended up was the TG. After switching another TG, my fingerprint unlocks 90% of the time.

Sad, so expensive TG also will kanna this kind of error, luckily not mine initially if not I sure go back shop make noise for refund

Apparently some units were badly sealed.

I've been washing my phone for few days, so far so good but I guess not anymore lol

Even though it's water resistant, they don't cover water damage. There are some stickers inside that will react with water so they can see if there is any water damage. If there is water damage, warranty is void.

Got a queue and visited ALab at Plaza today. They ran diagnostics and said there was no issues. Joke. Called Apple USA after that and now some guy is handling my case. He said there will be either a software update to fix this issue or I will get a new unit from Apple Store. Guess I wait and find out lor

Im on a 256gb matte black 7plus

I got hissing. I do not notice until i put my phone next to my ear on the back cover

Just lower the volume, run pokemon go and u can hear the hiss

Sianz. But like i said unless i press my ears against the back cover

Yea, I was told that the engineers looking into this issue. Apple is aware. If its software, they will soon release update, otherwise they will inform those with issues that we can get replacement.

Its not that bad but knowing u spent a bomb and had such issues makes me wonder where is the qc
