I had that once when I updated to iOS 10 on an iPhone 6s+ and ran Pokemon Go. So I don't think it's specific to iPhone 7/7+. After a hard reset I never encountered that again.

To perform a hard reset, hold sleep button + volume down button till your phone resets.

Did you try? It worked for me even though the button wasn't responsive. I couldn't lock my screen, I couldn't exit the app. Hard reset will still work.

Woah. Impressed with the service by the a lab (ccp).yest sent in my phone for replacement, morning notified me that phone is ready for collection. Going to collect it now. Hope it's problem free.

Ya I'm surprised also. I was told 3 days. Matte black 7+. When he person do the diagnosis tests I pick up and hear around the logo like no hissing sound. Tried video recording also doesn't seem to record any weird noises.

Check the serial and model number? Does the model number starts with M or N?

so what does this means? the higher GB u have, the more speedy your phone is? im on 256 ip7+ compare to ip6+ really very fast. . but i thought is because the new processor lol

it's a combination of both. I suppose it makes sense to have faster flash speed for larger capacity because how are you going to back up 128/256GB..

N. i'm ok with M or N anyway. to me i would feel that N will be better since it has been through stricter testings.

how did u get the exchange? Did you contact apple through e-mail/call or did you go down to the service center directly?

i contacted apple via call & went down to the service center directly.

Mine was water damage on display but no liquid sensors triggered, and totally no vibration system-wide. Got replaced after 3 days. Hissing was also present on first device but wasn't the main issue. Hissing doesn't affect me as yet, not to the extent of distortion during video recording as reported by others here.

Guess you will have to try clean install of software otherwise head down to A.Lab

It only happens for bank phone calls.

Normal phone call is perfectly fine.

My Guess is that because bank phone call requires you to navigate through the telephone menu and prolong no sound, it turns off the mike?

Lol people always make a big fuss out of nothing because it's Apple.

Anyway, it's common for lower storage to have slower read and write speed compared to higher capacity storage NAND. Also, GSMArena only tested with one iPhone 7 32GB. There are users who achieved score of more than 1200 for 32GB so the unit that GSMArena tested could be a one off.
