Me I'm only using a sena sleeve and the phone is naked front and back. No tempered glass, no back protector

thats alot of case :s13:

So far i ordered 3 dbrand skins, 1 set of BSE (matte black and glossy front), 1 x spigen liquid crystal, 1 x spigen liquid armor, 1 sandstone black case from taobao hahaha

also ordered 1 x anti blue light tempered glass, 2 x safevue lightning cable, 1 x 2 in 1 charging and 3.5mm cable from qoo10

accessories all ready as my ip7+ arrive tomorrow :s13:

I find this defective, you shall return and exchange in my opinion.

I think im the only one here with this issue...
I dont want to have a refurb set this early :/

Apple said they can replace thru express replacement... do u think i will get a refurb set from that? And of course imei will be different from the box i have...

Get it replace. And for the pass few yrs, i have replaced my 5, 5S and 6. I don't see how one should be that disappointed over getting a iphone in a brown box. The condition is as good as brand new with brand new phone smell. Or just because some of the parts inside isn't brand new that's why you feel unsafe??? It work like a brand new phone.

QFT. i think apple did sufficient QC testing before even they sell their refurbished products... I have owned a ipod touch first gen (refurbished set) before and it last me a solid 4-5 years and i changed it due to the battery, the set is still working.

i am unsure if they will give u a refurbished set or a brand new set, but i think apple will be careful with their QC especially with the recent samsung case and also with my experience with their refurbished products

iphone is the root cause of all your worries and health getting poorer and poorer each day.

Phone got issue, change, scare it's refurbish not new.

But phone buy casing, worry about casing getting damage, one worry not enough now have to worry two times.

im using it naked too.. but with screen protector... i hate to see scratches on the screen.. anyway i have applecare+

thanks for the advise... will give it one last chance after the 10.2 update... if still same issue... i will go ahead and replace it...

yes tried to reset and setup as new.

Lol really is buy phone bring so many headache....move on I would say not worth to dwell so much on a phone

for me when I buy phone I keep for life.
that explains why I have all generations of iPhones from iPhone 3G up till the way till 6s Plus.
