front cam not working

hi, anyone facing similar issue?
yesterday my front cam is not working (freezes after switch from rear camera which is still working), tried with snapchat app also black screen. on whatsapp, the camera shows black screen. tried rebooting and resetting all settings but still no difference...

Hello.

Have you dropped your phone recently? This happened to me after I dropped my phone when it was caseless.

Either way, contact Apple and ask them to do a diagnostic test.

Anyone had this issue before? Battery took a long time to charge from 70% onwards.. using original plug and cable

Within one hour, percentage drop from 73% to 57%.. normal usage like whatsapp and surf facebook (never watch any video)..

Should i go replace the battery?

CONS : waiting time is about 7 working days


outside shop : $250 , AAA+ screen
CONS : will break apple warranty

i try to install a game then ir prompt the password for a few times.
Thereafter, it restart and the loading icon appear. And it keeps loading and loading (when switch on phone that icon loading type)

how long will it load? and y it is like that?

It won't be 7 days. Mostly 3 working days only. How do I know this?

My iPhone 7 Plus is a refurbished set from A Lab and they said 7 working days too, but they only took 3 working days.

Same goes for my sister's iPhone 7 Plus.

It happened to my ip7, the i went to the apple A lab at PS to get the camera changed. it was a hardware issue.

Got mine from red white mobile, that time dropped to 1150 but don't know why now the price went up again

don't be lah. at least it's legit plus the wait is usually shorter than expected unless they dont have the parts

Battery or display problem, bring to apple to check.

Yes, you can use the same id between husband and wife. But it's better to use different id, when need to download same app then switch id, then download from purchased apps.

Use family sharing in iCloud. Your wife/husband can download the app you purchased. Less troublesome than keep switching ID
