Anyone looking at marsiling bto? Don't know will it be a good buy I've stayed woodlands my whole life but whenever I say i stay woodlands to people, they would give a weird look at me.

I think if u young can just buy those can appreciate greatly.

So when exit (which u will), then can take money buy nice nice better.

Without 2nd pot of gold average ppl where have funds for better condo or location house.

Still have plenty of good unreleased PLH projects like Greater Southern Waterfront, Bukit Timah, Marina South. However depending on market conditions and/or how attractive the PLH location is, HDB might play with the subsidy clawback % on project basis

Greater southern waterfront and outram (pearl's hill) BTO will be launched within next 2 years. Bukit Timah and Marina South one in the mid to long term.

Why not just get a BTO in a better location outright, you will find that 'upgrading' to a condo thereafter make no sense. Like paying triple the price for a equal/worse location just for the prestige/higher ceiling/facilities etc.

U r the wise one. How on earth is insider info????? I used common sense . Since Feb one is last week wed to wed. Then Jun one high chance the same period. Many people also guess Election date , so also insider info n need to be jailed ?
