anyway. level 100 above, cactus starting to be abit slow liao. Should I wait out till im strong enough for SF45 or stay at cactus(SF30)?

It is not too late to switch and personally you should switch. You could either create new subs under Asia 2 (Scania) or create a new account altogether if you really want those freebies because I have tried with a new maple account.
