i’m lvl 70 and still using the normal wand given at the start of the game.

Get an epic wand first ba, at least it will boost your damage for quite an amount

For me, if want to buy, just buy the best one.

if not, a perfect stats drop will come by de. I have quite some perfect weapon drops liao.
