Small cap like ISOTeam is still ok, that one better than some mid-cap/blue chip bah.

Agree. Isoteam very safe imo. Dividend without fail every year increasing. Until it's fundamental got prob or their dividend drop than have to review agn.

let's say 11k per month is off a 7% yield. That makes it $132,000 a year off an estimated 1.88M portfolio.

My guess is he got quite a few multi-baggers, and his family isn't poor in the first place...

actually... i went to search Amazon.com for Sean Seah's books and realize he wrote quite a few books (about 4). Not a single review from customers at all. Boring financial textbooks get more reviews...

after that, I search for "Asia Buffetologist" (I cringed when I see terms like that).. I got many pages of results but the first two pages give me nothing more than just marketing material... no news article written by any writer, let alone a financial writer, quoting this guy...

is this guy a fake?

I think if you want to read investing genius, read something from John Templeton or Walter Schloss... seriously.
