Looks like if investors are looking at a yield of 6 percent for StarHub... that is 2.67....
I expect StarHub to start buying back stocks this coming year. As usually 2.82 (CEO buy price) will be a good starting price to check for buy backs.

quite weird that the CEO buy then cut his own dividends lol

After being frugal for a long period of time, you will slowly not be affected by all those because spending will slowly be a pain. :s13:

Being frugal so can save more cash to buy more stocks.

Very weird right? That tells me they gonna buy back shares or go on an acquisition spree or sell useless subsidiaries. Perhaps they might even pare down on debt. I think buying back shares or lowering debt would be a reason to stay in StarHub.

This is the time which management shows its true character.

Actually... why isn't anyone looking at Mapletree Industrial trust?
Debt is Low as well. Interest cover is 7.8-8 which is as good as cct before capitalgreen. Yield is pretty good. Property yield over property valuation has been very good for the last four or five years

Not that I am suggesting that it is cheap. Just that it is pretty good. Buy some during a panic is what I suggest.

DK has it, I think.

I had it many years ago in the past, but sold it off (regret).

Are you single? Pretty amazed if you are attached and can do this. Though im already impressed on your determination to be self employed full time investor

see how u do it lor

for me, i try to keep my expenses very low at 1k per month

i started off as a full time investor in 2012 with 200k portfolio

average one year make around 10% returns which is 20k

12k goes to cover my expenses, 8k balance used to re invest and grow my portfolio

basically in short I was self employed but making and spending 1k per month nia
