very positive AGM experience and explanations by management

we as shareholders are very bullish in regards to north point AEI as DPU should explode from 2018 onwards

however 2017 DPU may be flattish

Looking forward to completion of north point AEI completion! :s12:

Was just wondering because some of you guys sound like you pump all your savings into stocks =:p

What would be the ideal ratio of savings/emergency funds versus stock holdings? 50/50? 70/30? 80/20?

Been thinking of parking some of my savings in SSB for my emergency funds and pump the rest into stocks. Not too sure how wise this is given the current market though.

For myself (right now married with no kids, parents allowance very low at $200 per month),

My emergency fund 12 x one month expenses ($2000) ... $24000 and

Family emergency fund $26000 in ocbc 360. Collecting 2.2% interest.

The rest, 110-age in abf and other bonds. Left over all SG stock.

Nan dao 2 weeks later starhub will be 2.50?

I think 2.70-2.80 is a huge level for starhub. based on previous quarterly report on the 2/11/2016, starhub fell for 2 weeks straight and it dropped 50 cents ++. i would say 2.70 would be the last line of defense.

just my 2 cents
