The properties will be acquired at approximately 9.1% discount to valuation, and is expected to generate a net property yield of 6.9%. The acquisition is targeted to be completed by the first quarter of 2017.

I looked at many things and previously spoke in great details of the 5 generals.
In short they are mostly blue chip and mid caps with over 5-10 years solid track record

In general when stock picking, a solid 5 or 10 year track record is key... u want to hold companies that are able to keep growing dividends and earnings

Been paying divvies since 2007 and growing steadily.
