I just realise this one is mid cap stock already lol

1.2 bil market cap

half price to book looks cheap

but zero/no dividends seems to be red flag... i will need to dig its annual report

on first glance, its likely a value trap like many other property counters... big discount to nav but little rewards to shareholders

RTO in 2014... so very little track record, not a proven winner

low to no dividends... not rewarding shareholders

I would avoid such companies, as I deem it as a value trap


only positive thing is that this company linked to wilmar and kuok family

but more likely they reward their families instead of minor shareholders
