a lot of discussion was made on this part in today's agm

basically north point city is a mega project... once completed... it will be one of the mega league malls

location wise is fantastic... will dominate yishun gao gao for sure

the retail component part owned by FCL part owned by FCT, so there its an alliance but also got some conflicts on how tenants base are share, management assure as about the problems highlighted and how it will be fair

can't wait to see north point shining bright this year end and contributing strongly in 2018 onwards

so far CCT/CMT/FCT all proven solid given the weak economy.... dpu well maintained as i said... I did my homework and was confident in them, given their long track record

still got Suntec and MCT results not out yet
