FCT (2.4% Gain)
MCT (2.2% Gain
OCBC (14% Gain + Div)
DBS (25% Gain + Div)
Singtel (3.8% Gain)

Hope to achieve a better result for 2017!

Swee!!! This coming week Mon to Thur got result annoucements for reits i am vested in......MLT, Ascendas, keppel DC, PLife, MCT, Suntec, MGCCT...:D

Some even the basic salary delay or partial payout only

All the best to all, hope for good results among reits segment

Current economy still very slow and many industries still not doing well, at least reits as a whole should see flat dpu, which is pretty good already

Next week all eyes will be on m1
My expectation is 20% drop in earnings and dividends
After that things should stabilize for a while

Im starting to wonder; as Trump is now officially the US President and his recent moves and news afloat, would China starts to pick up the momentum and soar the market in few years time (maybe 1-2)?
