Sorry, want to ask some fundamental qn.
Let say I buy from MBKE trading platform. Am I also subjected to T+3 settlement date? Means I buy the share on Monday and I need to pay it on Thursday?

Also from the same scenario, if I buy on Monday, and the settlement date is T+3, I can also sell it at the next day or wednesday if share price increase, or got better, correct?

normal trading account? yes... u can sell within settlement date and its considered a contra trade

however such short term trade is STRONGLY NOT ADVISED, its as good as punting

if cash acct and u wanna sell before paying, make sure u choose contra sell. else there will be no knock off. u still need to pay for ur buy trade, thrn get ur cash for selling later on separate transactions.

cash acct T+3 means u buy friday, settle on wed. but if u paying via eps, need to pay on tues before 9.30pm.
**u cant contra sell on settlement date.

for prefunded trade, no option to contra. but can sell before the buy trade settlement too. the shares are held in mbke custodian acct.
