Should I go into telco stocks now? If so, which telco is good? I'm looking at starhub currently. Haven't research much yet though

Mapletree family reits are generally high quality, just like fraser family and capitaland family reits

I generally do not like industrial assets, as sg economy is moving away from it

Master Leong, could you enlighten me what are the various industrial reits ? ( name of various industrial reits ) I am new here, trying to learn, thank you for your kind patience.

If you are looking for consistent or increasing dividend payout each year and still sleep very very well every night.. SingTel no brainer. Already 22 years streak Liao. Else u can look at m1 or StarHub at your own risk

if I have 200k, can open dbs treasures account for trading and later withdraw part of it till balance is below 200k or have to maintain 200k? :o
EDIT: just read that there is a $50 fee per mth if the avg balance is below 200k. :(
if u have 200k to plow into stocks/personal deposits, can consider scb priority/dbs treasures... 0.18% with no min comm

if u doing dca u cannot go too wide

3 counters max I feel

For me, I'll just go DCA for CMT and ES3 share. Safe and sound. :)

Still thinking whether to surrender my endowment plan and use the amount to clear off some debt and reinvest. That way I have a flexible cashflow and able to invest. Last time signed up this GoalSaver ended up got stuck for the past 4.8 yrs. Haiz.

anyway I am bearish on industrial reits... SG economy moving away from manufacturing and heavy inudstries... why would u wanna hold such assets if rents will only be going lower due to lesser demand?
