u may add telcos too. for moi, i divested m1 at big loss, so no point buying telco again

The 1.50 support is solid so downside covered
Must be patient for upside

I noticed Price-to-Book Ratio (PB Ratio) for SG telco company varies very significantly.

Starhub is over 22 PB ratio followed by M1 4.99 and Singtel at 2.40.

Does this implied that Starhub is 22x over the book value?

I thought for companies of similar industries would have a close range of PB.

seems like reits and bank and etf are hot favorites here.

Was wondering if 20k captial how would you guys sort the captial?

All to reits? Collect dividend When bank drop sell some reits and buy bank or some % in reits some cash holding power?

I will buy 6 lot of M1 now and wait for fed hike news before fishing for reits as it will led to sell off (but I suspect already factor in).
