not like stop completely. Like don't you feel this year and last year like all the telcos suddenly start what x2 or x3 data plan etc etc. Last time where got so good. 2Gb/month. you want then you either subscribe higher $$ plans or like pay $10.70/gb.

Because MR has been at the sides doing what unlimited data if got chosen or give back 12gb data etc etc. The threat was real that the 3 telcos will be willing to give customers like us more data at a more affordable rate.

Now I'm worried if they will slowly phase out those x2 or x3 plans. Like they will slowly advertise lesser and lesser, move it out of the homepage etc then slowly cut it off.

Overall cheaper than Singapore in most areas except transport. Quality is also much higher although prices are cheaper.

In fact, I would even go so far as to say that Singapore consumer market is practically a dumping ground for other developed economies - leftover stuff that cannot be sold are usually marked up then sold off in Singapore.

Are you working in the area like Shinagawa ?

no luh, like I said. won't stop suddenly. but confirm like slowly slowly they won't advertise those x2 or x3 data plan add ons anymore. Slowly slowly will phase out all these advertising. Then suddenly pop up in some T&C or somewhere that the x3/x2 service add on will be ceased. In order to limit their damages to those who signed up during these few months.

Never notice how this year's iPhone 7 launch, the 3 telcos never increase their prices for their monthly plan? hahaha usually every iPhone launch or every 2 iPhone launches they will re-brand their plan name then up price.

Happened for Singtel since I was with them since long long ago, now switch to Circles.Life. From Classic to iFlexi?? to Combo. The price up up up

price war is good for consumers. We are being tied down with 2GB/3GB data in this smart phone centric world.

Last weekend I went BolehLand, their telcos are advertising what 10GB base plan then free 10GB for weekend use. steady one

Was re-looking at Suntec REITS cause of the ORQ comment, didn't know its under SUNTEC REITS, but ORQ is an extremely quality asset......

So is SUNTEC considered under or over-valued? There must be a reason why it has such a huge discount? What am I missing out?
