I think sti started the year around 2850 level... seems like we may end up with a flattish year instead

2015 we were down 15%
If 2016 flat year still not too bad if it leads
To 2017 being a bull year

That point is true, thats why I still contemplating to buy retail reits. Weekends go Vivocity feel like no space to walk at all.
