E-commerce is here to stay, this is unavoidable. E-Commerce is for folks that are too busy during weekdays to get their stuff and to leverage on internet to get the stuff they want online. Be it groceries, pampers or even food.


When the pple started to clear leave from their work, either they stay at home rest or go out walk in malls enjoy the leisure time meet up, catch up with friends gossip or bio chio bu, all these needs to be done in person physically not via internet. Something that E-commerce can't really fulfill.


I'm an online shopper as well, but I like going to malls, shop walk ard with gf, see pretty gals and dine at restaurants once in a while. Thus I think retail malls will still be here to stay. In my view 2 separate biz model that caters for the same group of pple in different aspect of their life.

my 2cents worth of bullsh*t.... bros reading please pardon my crap.

Dbs vicker or iocbc platform more user friendly? Using iocbc now but just applied for dbs vicker online to make use of their cash upfront 0.18% fee for small transactions

DW seems to restart his dividend portfolio. So this time will it be a hybrid (FIFO and dividend)?
Your previous portfolio is heavy on REITs, this time too? See that you're busy picking up REITs counters.

If the prices can hit my 2nd tranches, maybe I will hold a portion of it to collect distributions. But if prices recover 5-10%, I probably will take profit. Once you turn to the dark side, very difficult to change. Extremely tempting to click the sell button.

Yup, can be considered hybrid FIFO.
