nope, there are no hard and fast rules
the metrix can change also due to changes in industry or economy

many reits are trading below book, many of them are lousy reits

I only buy high quality reits, and the most I would pay for a reit is 1.1 times book for margin of safety

ST+SH = double blue chip telco combo piece meal
