at 1.90 the yield is close to 6%

CMT has super good track record to deliver shareholder value, i expect 3% long term growth in terms of DPU and NAV per share

vested 15,000 shares of CMT as of writing... bought recently only...

such good quality asset with super reputable manager and a decade track record

hard to see it selling at discount to book or big discount

if down 5% or 10% then average down again lor

1-3% movement is just normal market movement... dun worry too much or be too tempted

Yup, feel the time is ripe to hoot CMT.

On a side note, I just checked and realised I had incurred a total of 3.8k brokerage fee for the year. These money sucker.

who knows? low can go lower and high can go higher. Right now from short-term view, I can't see it going up even though I am vested in it.
