I vested in MGCCT. Bought first batch at 0.87, second batch at 1.01. No regrets. Their vacancy dropped cos one major tenant changed and was reflected. But this quarter they filled up that vacancy Liao.

Only concern is if PRC slap additional tax.

Upside is their FW is super prime area + high take up rate + positive rental reversion.

If drop to 0.9 or even slightly higher I sure hoot
