Although priced in but I think sure will have knee jerk reactions on that announcement day, then the next day recover back.

I don't think its fully factored...

The market had factored in a hike, but it had not factored in the frequency and the quantum.

I would say most investors are expecting a crash on this rate hike
Many think rates up 0.25%
Reits will drop 10%

But i think reits already dropped 10-15% factoring this increase of 0.25%
We shall see if reits rally or crash

As for valuations wise, reits are now cheap thats why i bought
If drop i will add more

Got consider starhill global. Below nav and got about 7% yield. Some more is orchard road buildings

Normal rates doesnt mean bear market, many investors just have too much fear in them
