Bulk of my investment in US bonds and preference shares.. I never count any return from FD/money fund because of the pathetic interest.. Now with my retirement fast looming, I need to deploy my cash holding faster..

but yeah S-reits are really very attractive now as shown by the 7% yields

I picked 5 of them with average 6% yields and highest quality assets

Sometimes i wonder. There is no capital gains and dividend tax here. Why the hell is the market dead? It doesnt make sense, at all to me.
