Let's say you can save $100/mth for investment.

1) DCA $100/mth @ 1% commission.
2) Accumulate to 2-3k and then buy @ normal brokerage house @ 0.18-0.2% with min $10-$20 commision.

Which is more feasible in your view?

i would choose the 1% one sia.

Luckily I shifted my TP upwards abit last week and nibbled...... learnt my lesson after missing the previous 2 boats in 2016 :s13:

but ppl abuse me and keep undercut me, I cannot take it liao

reits all bought 5% cheaper than me... somemore the 5 tiger generals my own idea but that person huat more than me... LOL

for new investors they follow me and buy cheaper its ok.. since they buy a bit nia... like 3k or 5k.. and they are new.. so let them have some margin of safety is fine

the old bird... never give any ideas, never contribute... yet keep abuse me.. i cannot tahan lol

Agree......quality REITs (without frequent rights issue and private placements) are good for long-term passive income

All my REITs are in the profit after taking their distributions into consideration......it has been a rewarding past 3 years for holding them! :s12:

yes mbke prefunded is custodian. but it is a cdp sub acct, so wont run road. the monthly investment plan uses the prefunded acct and same custodian sub acct. once accumulate enuf, can sell as per prefunded rates.
