Once grant approve you must contact your officer vehemently until you manage to get him or her, to reserve your key collection dates before other ppl book it.

So you check if it’s an auspicious day for both? Based on birth date?

collected! but only can open door this Sunday

Yea, Defect Check report within 7days.
Defect rectification will be completed after 14 working days.

If you noticed any cement patches on the floor, you need to use a rod to hit it, ensure that it’s not hollow, if it’s hollow then it’ll crack in future regardless of any flooring type (vinyl/ ceramic tiles) it’ll be compromised except carpet.

Hmmm... I thought we gotta report the defects within 7 days after collecting keys?

Once grant approve must start chasing officer to book a date if u were to wait they might allocate a date later than those who book a collection date.
I don’t think they’ll sms but myhdb Page will be updated.
