ID is always very expensive.You go get a contractor.Cheaper..I’ve looked for a few but yeah ID is damn ex.Go into carousell..you will see a few of the cheap ones as well.

Perhaps you can try my ID to give you a quote to compare • I found that their prices are quite reasonable

Hi may I know once we selection flat after tat the (signing of Agreement for Lease and key collection) isit the same day ?
Mean we need to go down hdb 2 times or 3times?
1,selection flat+apply grant
2,signing of agreement
3,key collection
Or 2+3 is done at the same day?

For me, Im told only one appt, I sign for everything, pay for everythin and collect key.

These are works you can give to contractors
4. to 6: you can give it to contractor.
4 - $26 (contractor)
5 - $80 + $8 if u want a valve (contractor)
6 - $850 for 4rm or $1050 for 5rm (contractor)

P.S:
a) rem to check IRAS website if they are GST registered if they try to charge you GST. You can also ask for GST to be waived, most of the ID has another non-registered co LLP.

b) All prices quoted by ID can be negotiated lum sum before you sign.

Can share the ID for the kitchen cabinet and also the material used for the price quoted at 89pfr and does it include internal as well.
