My partner also said that about me, I will randomly refresh the Application Status page since it close until now. LOL. He say you think HDB will suddenly tell you, "congrats on being the #23513232 person to refresh the page, here is your results in advance!" HAHAHAHAH THIS ASS.





i know, i did all of those things too. then was randomly looking around the hdb website when i came across the fees page, omgomg. i panicked. then stupidly realised that of cos there is going to be a whole bunch of other fees involved! which is why i decided to create the excel sheet. easier to calculate the actual amount. on top of that, can include both our monthly cpf contribution to know if need to top up extra in cash every month or not.

I hope the excel helps you guys! Just put in the purchase price, can already. I have Block and Unit fields cos I shortlisted a few, wanted to know the difference in price hahaha.

i getting 5 room. mcps+ft. mine is 197/491/1.3
but when i was doing up the list of units, i saw 150 units from ONE estate, which i ddint like. :( so basically left with 40 from other places, and less than half of it is acceptable. LOL omg.
