Then Flat Details > [Select your area]
It will redirect you to the page. You can see all the units available, but cant see the block plans yet.

It varies according to the area.
Mine is "scheduled to start in Sept" for CCK.
I saw someone mention that theirs is Oct for Punggol.

Last time when I applied Nov SBF, HDB also stated as "scheduled to start in April". I checked in the last wk of March, my appt details were already there and the selection exercise started like the wk after. But then again, there were some ppl in other areas who still didnt get their appt date at that time yet. So really depends.

Thks! Cause I'm going overseas for two weeks in Oct and am afraid the date won't be out early for me to make the necessary arrangements to have someone I authorised to select the flat on my behalf.

Congrats! Seems like you got a good queue number! I'm slightly out of the supply but I'm positive there's gonna be drop outs and I'll have a chance to select a flat hehe!

Hi just to check if anyone have received email for your application with application number, but when check online recently the system cant find your application number or you application? Also may i know for those who have successfully gotten a queue number, how soon do you need to submit your documents to HDB?

As per email from HDB,

Nearer the appointment date, we will notify you to visit My HDBPage at www.hdb.gov.sg using your SingPass, to view the invitation package. The package will contain the flat list and a list of documents to bring along for the flat selection.

Hi people,

Does anyone know what is the average waiting time for those flat that are already ready for keys collection?

Lets say we submit the application on May 2017.
Balloted que number release 28 July 2017.

So need to wait Oct for appointment.... etc....

When can we collect the keys? Any average waiting time?
Note: I'm saying those sbf that already ready for keys collection,
not those flat that completion date like 2018... 2019..

This is the form, just need to print it out and get the person to sign as well. Then during appt, he/she will need to bring this form along.

Yea, I got 72 out of 61 units. Still could choose abit more than 10 units. Haha, so dont worry. Drop out rate was rather high, reaching up to 30%.

ah, that's what you want. the invitation package.
for me is when the selection started for my area. then can see/print out these things already. But no floor plans tho

Exactly, I over estimate too so I dont get disappointed. Hahaha, after all they tend to disappoint ppl. But based on past experience, when they say by Oct. Last week of Sept, you should check for appt details. And hopefully it is in Oct.

If I'm not wrong you can check project of the area you want. For me I check under HDB page for the Flat Details and Availablity and I choose the area I looking for and available blocks and units. They didn't indicate which project it is but you can search by the address stated. Google the address of it and you will know the project name. Then search the project name at google and you should be able to see the PDF of the project with block & floor plans and what floorings is included etc...
