Bank Loan?

Do you guys know if we need to show in-principle approval confirmation from Bank during flat selection day?

Think I m going crazy soon. Every night I stay past midnight just to log in to check. Every morning wake up log in to check, after 9 am after "office starts" log in once again to check. Every afternoon after 4 pm log in to check again.

Lucky I not working, otherwise teo sack liao

Appointment date for 3-room and above will fall on this Friday 2017 I guess.

Yea, aiming higher floors. hahaha. hopefully there are still my ideal units. i am also mainly looking at mirage and quad. the layout for the rest like... not that nice to me. i went down to all the blocks to take a look already. i think you should too.
dont pray for a few, pray for alot infront of us LOLOL. For the last SBF in our area, 15 ppl drop out by the time reach Q No. 48. 30% drop out rate! Should be okay? :s8::s8::s8:

How do you see or check the dropout rate? Or self-compute/estimate?

I took note myself. Once the selection exercise starts, everyday they will update the last queue number for the day. It was 4 per day then. So just check how many units were booked each day. Was simple enough cos there were only 61 units up for selection :D

Mine is 4X as well. But :( face for me as well 'cos we are picky as f@#$. If our choice units are all taken, we likely go for resales. And our choices are less than 15. We need like 70% to drop out :s22:
