HDB has just requested for a specific supporting document to process our grant, but in actual fact we dont have the document at all, because it wasn't applicable to us. As a result, our grant application has not been processed -.- Has anybody met with such situation before?

Did you email your CRM? I emailed her and leave down my contact and she called back to keep me updated on my status for the grants etc and it got approved on 11 Dec. My selection was on the 2 Oct. Maybe by end of year will approve?

How to do contact the crm? My wife tried to email to hdb but same reply. I just dropped them a email too. Wait after waiting

No grant and 2nd timer.

West Ridge completely end Dec 17.

Until now still waiting the letter or info from hdb to sign agreement.

Can I call hdb to ask or just waiting?

Since you already done your flat selection, you should have HDB officer(POC) email/contact number.

You can request/appeal to expedite the signing of least agreement.

You can AskJudy on HDB website , key in “Who is my CRM” then they will ask you to provide NRIC and sales registration number and then you’ll know who is your CRM and his/her email will be shown too.

You can AskJudy on HDB website , key in “Who is my CRM” then they will ask you to provide NRIC and sales registration number and then you’ll know who is your CRM and his/her email will be shown too.

well after few days of dropping them the email. a email came to me 2 days ago saying my grant approved ><><. i was expecting a text msg about it. but didnt received they send a letter saying the grant is being processed. a few days back also. but oh well 2018 starting off good!!!

Me collecting keys on 12th too! Just received text today. But I haven't book my rom date :/

haha, the ROM date has to be within 3 mths of collect the keys. i have yet to book the date too. still waiting for key collection .
