I tried opening it but it won’t (I didn’t bring BR3 keys w me, somehow after fiddling w the door it was unlocked) She said nope she didn’t do anything she was at the master bedroom, whilst I was at the living room.

Ok so before I left the house, I ensured that all windows are closed and all doors are opened, guess what?

Today I went over to my house, and the windows were opened! And BR3’s door was shut again!

Tmr, I’m going back there in the morning for SP guys activation, I’ll give y’all a spectral update if this time round BR3 door would be closed again.


P.S: some ppl say if a place is left empty for too long uninvited guest might dwell for a while guess that’s e reason why we need to claim our home.

Im also super worried about this qn!!! My hubby’s family say to claim that its our house only after renovation done. But i seriously dont feel comfortable cause its been empty for quite some time. And you know its like visiting the hotel.. most ppl said to knock and alert ‘them’ before entering.. smth like that :s scary leh

Knock 3 times when you open e door enter w/o facing head on either back or side facing.

Must claim w authority contract in hand. The one who is entitled to said property.

You know if you have an iPhone, you can actually see if there’s something or not. How? — when you turn to camera mode, there’s a face detection, if there’s something e face detection box will appear too. But after e new iOS updates it’s not so accurate, sometimes eventhough there’s something, e face detection box fail to appear (I used both iPhone e old one works better). I used it on an estate I wanted to select somewhere in punggol (NOT Waterway side) omg, it was everywhere in that particular Estate. Example, i sat on the swing @ e playground, e swing beside me started moving fwd & backwards lightly, so my friend said uhm e swing beside u is moving, so i said don’t be ridiculous of coz it’s gonna move since it’s connected + I’m swinging, she said uhm no i don’t think so. I said fine, let me show u, I took out my iphone, e next minute I jump! & we move off. So I decided not to select there :s11:

Anyway some say these things leave during renovation stage because of e noise. They don’t like loud noise.

Speaking of hotel, omg I had one shocking experience in a Hotel at KL, e bathroom hose started spraying all over e floor on its own and my friend was asleep before she zzz she asked me why is e curtain moving, I responded it’s e wind, and she said but e window is shut. (I didn’t tell about e face detection I detected in e hotel) next day she nearly fell in e flooded b/rm

Take note if no sp services acct, reno permit might be an issue.

And although it's already on, eventually what u use before u open the account would be bill to you..

Actually every house you need to claim one, be it new or resale. After a period of time when its empty, things are bound to dwell in there, we (humans) are not the only being that’s living/ sharing this planet.

So here:
Your contract entitles you to the house. It allows you the rights to permit those that you grant access to the sanctuary you build. So it’s very important you know that, and whether you’re scared or not you must fight for your home, so you must be brave. “Tell All uninvited guest to leave your premise” I don’t negotiate with them when it comes to my property, when I was younger I tried, they’ll just abuse you. (When I was in my 20s I said ok don’t disturb me, I’ve an empty room u can stay there, omg it type “Get Out” on my computer! :mad: )
So You must “always” remember you’re the HEAD of the house.
Whether you say it in your heart or in your head or with your mouth you tell those that you do not permit entry to LEAVE, and you leave the doors & window for them to exit. If u nego, you’ll find fights & quarrels at home.
Although my aunt is very rich because she make peace with it over a tin of rice, e thingy ask her never to leave the rice container empty but not everyone have such courage.

P.S: uhm having said that salt & holy oil is also very important for front door hehe. But Yano all in all we human are superstitious no matter what religion.
