kdk ventilation fan? thinking of putting one for both my toilets too. is it really that useful?

Yes, i install KDK, cos my current toilet is link to walk in wradrobe.
It has been 10 yrs
stil working fine...
toilet dries fast most impt.. and wont smell bad
just rem to add in a timer when u install, otherwise u have to rem to switch off

For my kitchen, i install industrial KDK ventilator..
never used a hob before..
to me, i feel it works better, and i dont have to clean the hob..

i did consider installing one for kitchen too, but if the air is being sucked to the yard, its gonna be oily overtime

I think its about 200 bucks with installation.
oh, i plan to hack and extend kitchen into yard.
otherwise my kitchen very small. don need such a big service yard

saw one at $2.90 yesterday, some neighbourhood hardware shop.

bought mine online $4.90, slapped myself yesterday

You know how much my ID charge for PFR vs Carpenter?
Atas is not branding if u know what ya getting. But atas can seems ex for some who don’t do homework properly.
Example u go eat in a cheap place thinking it’s cheap, in the end it’s even more expensive than a proper bistro.

Your 2cents now becomes less than 1 cents because ya talking to someone who knows stuff. Hope u don’t get offended that’s my advise 2u.

ID cost too high and moreover can also get attas stuff online or at other places which is cheaper.

at times attas is about branding thats why attas pricing too hope you dun get offended ah.....this is jus my 2 cents worth

for such paint, how long does the anti mould last? like example nippon paint got 1 anti mozzie, last up to a year only.

I heard e Mould guard is good, someone had Mould in their ceilings, he said e ceiling that was painted with Mouldguard has no Mould but e ones that didn’t Moulded and it was Matex!
Just not sure if it’s anti-fungus Matex. Coz Matex now comes with anti-fungus.

Here’s my plan,

Mould-Guard will be used on:

1. walls that has aircon trunking (for sure this wall will have a higher water density.)

2. All of Bathroom areas that required protection.

that is cheap. i know one myanmar guy doing freelance $500.

i will prefer to stick with the painter i am going to hire, i worked with him before when i was an id. price yet to confirm, maybe it will be cheaper.
