got number doesnt mean sure can choose due to ethnic quota. If you are chinese and suay suay in front of you also mostly chinese, by the time reach your turn, no more quota already. minority races still got chance.

You seem pretty negative here with the all of your comments. Plus I checked, the race quote isn’t an issue. My qn was drop out rate, but you answered me with something irrelevant.

The newer BTOs rubbish chutes are beside/opposite the big lift lobbies with 4 to 5 lifts. And for fire safety runways, the staircases are nearer to units at each ends. Units have more privacy from each other too because of having risers/gas n water reader shafts and the staircase well.
If no chance now, try again next BTO lor, best chances for First Timers with the various NEW priorities. Give up to buy resales, beware of a tzunami of demand for those "now non-mature" estates BESIDE MRTs

for tengah sbf, quota is within unit supply, chi&ind quota 32, unit supply 32, except for malay quota is 30, unit supply 32.
