Basically it would not work.
Set top box require an assigned IP Address to the subscriber ONR/ONT connect to.
It is not an independent setup as cable set top box and android type box.

indeed. however if one has subscribed to singtel tv, any singtel issued equipment hooked onto the singtel tv network should work. I don't think the network will differentiate between devices

Of cos not. One set TOP box, one account, one IP address.

You want another set TOP box you have to rent from singtel again..

Did I apply correctly the settings? As in using SingTel-others and confirm plugged into port 4? I had ac3200 and used singtel tv also, confirm can work one leh..

yes i confirmed is plug into port 4 and use singtel-others profile.

now i begining to believe the installer words that there is firmware upgrade.

quick check. u on Motorola(silver) or cisco(Black) setup box.

Was on the silver Motorola, tried resetting the set TOP box? It will lead you to a firmware reinstallation...

Then it’s the firmware issue for ac3200 lor. SingTel-mio uses port 3 for voip and port 4 for singtel tv.. likely need a reset of router to address reliability issue..

My black Cisco STB won’t boot up properly. Stays at red power button with no signal to TV. Tried the press and hold reboot but nothing happens. Power off/on also doesn’t work.
Other 2 STB in the house no issues.
ST taking their own sweet time getting back to me.

got a picture?

try turning the power adapter off, then press and hold the power button when turning the switch on. repeats until you see the gear icon on tv..
