They will argue there is a crawler message appearing on the screen of the affected channels ..... btw, the PLAY is only ceasing the SCM PLAY downloadable app and FOX MOVIES downloadable app of FOX for Android and iOS devices. Viewing via yellow button on STB remains unaffected.

Hi Singtel,

I'm trying to load up my Singtel Go TV app to my TV (Samsung) via chromecast, but it just shows the singtel logo and a loading circular dot on the TV. I waited 30mins but it's still stuck on that screen. All other apps (netflix, youtube..etc) work perfectly fine.

Whats the problem here?

The issue could be related to the format compatibility with your Samsung TV model.

My MioTV/SingtelTV is unable to connect to the internet. My IPTV blinks red on my default received SingTel modem.

As for the troubleshooting guide on resetting/power off of ONT and router to restart the services. i have tried multiple times. but it still does not work.
What is the problem here?

I encountered the same issue early this year.

Called Singtel and they managed to troubleshoot the cause; it was due to the faulty setup box. Did a replacement and resolved the issue.

You try calling Singtel first.

Try to switch the lan port for singtel tv? If it helps, that port is faulty so you might wanna rma it..

There is a money saving tip if u really want singtel TV.

Just get singtel Cast packs and chromecast it to ur big tv...same channels as Singtel TV but minus the setup box, installation charges..

but of cos u wun get so many channels

If I like to install Singtel TV go on my Apple TV to watch show, do I require to pay for 6.90 (one user)?

Is my understanding correct. SingtelTVGo app will help you watch the same channels you are subscribed to as long as you are connected to the same Singtel Fibre under Home View.

I have androidtv Sony Bravia 4K GB, installed SingtelTVGo app. But I only see 6 channels in Live Channels. Any setup I need to do? Please advise.

Yes.. you have to subscribe to Singtel TV GO App.

Previously i had my modern in my room. Thus, my MIOTV is connected to my Optical Network Terminal and my Modern(in my room) is connected to my ONT on LAN1 PORT and it works fine.

I told the situation to the technical officer that was attending to my call, even telling her my ONT lan2,3,4 port was not lit up whenever my MIOTV is connected to it. But it only works on LAN1 Port.

So the straight up solution that the technical officer gave me was to either move my modern back to my living room, or get their wifi mesh.

Can i clarify with you guys that is it true that i paid 100+- a month just to use 1 port only?

Ont only provides lan port 1 for Internet and all other devices should be connected to router.

Singtel has made an exception to provision singtel tv on ont for your convenience and that's the further configuration can go.

So. In usual circumstance, only 1 port of ont works.

If i rent a second singtel tv STB, will any of the LAN port on my existing singtel wifi router work? Or must it be LAN1 to STB1 and LAN2 to STB2?
