Sian... my screen freeze problem is making me miss the opening weekend!!
Somemore the SingTel guy told me he'd call me at 8.30 to arrange for a technician to come.. :(

shld be yr line in bad condition..

if all line/socket is new one or dp in gd condition , shldnt be a problem.

Sigh... just now the tech support guy also say is my connection not very good...
But he's an hour late in calling me... @_@
dunno should call them again anot..

i would like to enquire that anyone sign up mio before world up? i remeber i sign up for the CL and BPL and juz now i called i was told i only sign up for ESPN....

Just came back home to watch bpl but half-time and also heard the non-stop iritating static sound from ch 102 (HD) and 110. 103 to 108 no problem. When match start, no more static so I thought it's something to do with the live studio presentation only cos only these 2 channels were showing. However, as I'm typing this now that the match resume 2nd half, I just heard the same static sound again intermittently. Also saw part of the screen corrupted for split secs. My line was tested by Singtel before to be good so I don't think is line problem. Hope it don't get any worse.

i sign early bird early on ...
iirc ... BPL + ESS ... the CL is bundled FOC ...

ESS is Espn ...

I spoke too soon, realised ch103 broadcast audio also have slight stuttering, sounds like the some parts of the voice transmission drop off/cut off. Also damn iritating is the change in volume when browsing channels. When at a comfortable volume in a particular channel, changing to some channels ok, some too soft, some too loud.

this is a major screw up from Sinktel ....

call the customer service and the only advice they have is to do a hard reset and wait another 45 minutes, stupid call centre only know how to troubleshoot from cheat sheet

i also facing the same problem as you, screen freeze after 5s right? no matter which channels u change to. Anyway how do u do a hard reset?

"miotv" word stuck there for very long is it?

MIOTV have been there for more than 1 hour
finally fed up and called them complain and they give 3 day miostadium pass.... better than nothing I guess

majora, hard reset is pres power+down+menu for 20 seconds

restart your modem lahhh... then when the dsl light stable,then switch on your set top box...

cmon where got so on one rite ?
they already busy with calls up to their necks ...
and this guy got time to read forums :s11:

only guy i suppose would have more time than those CSOs would be the head supervisor, or maybe managerial level ...
and we know people from high places dun bother with ikan bilis and kachang puteh issues rite ? :s13:

up to you guys to believe him or not ...
i call a spade ... a spade ... nothing more :s13:
