They let you suspend meh?

Depends, it's more common to temporarily suspend mobile accounts than internet/TV though but usually from my experience, no way to suspend. Well could have changed.

Singtel is not stupid lol . They obviously know that it's off peak for BPL and surely there'll be people trying their luck to 'suspend' for a month or 2 till the new season

That's why they don't allow you to do it.

AXN HD is now on Singtel TV 304. Any idea if it is going to be free (part of Singtel TV Family Starter)?

Anyone knows if it's still mandatory to have Singtel Fibre for Singtel TV? As in, can I use M1/MR/VQ fibre for access Singtel TV?

I was told it wasn't possible a few years ago but I think the situation might have changed. Can't find this on their FAQ either.

You know it's called Singtel TV for a reason right? Would it make any sense to have Singtel TV services run on your competitors network?

I mean you don't go to KFC and order a Big-Mac right?

U cannot use other teleco fiber. What they will do is they will ask opennet go ur house and open the other port then use that port for singtel tv. You need not apply for their fiber but it is still running on fiber. You still have to pay those blood sucker telephone charges every 3 months even though ur singtel tv is running on fiber now and not on telephone line

So is your Singtel TV drawing its feed from your StarHub fiber or through your Singtel ADSL phone line? The poster before you said there's no way Singtel TV can be supported from non-Singtel fiber network leh.

i think the telephone subscription every 3 months is based on singtel tv running on analogue phone line bah. fibre carrying singtel tv doesnt charge you for the telephone line because firstly, it has no telephone line operating and secondly its operating on fibre...

but it's a requirement for every singtel tv account to go with a singtel phone line. I'm paying for that every single month on top of the tv subscription

This statement is not very correct. If you do not subscribe to their fibre broadband, meaning you do not already have fibre provisioned to your address for ST (ST hv to pay NLT a monthly charge for this), then your Singtel TV will be delivered via ADSL (phone line).

Whereas if you already have ST fibre, then ST use that fibre provisioning to also deliver Singtel TV, in which case you do not need an ADSL phone line.
