the xmas house looks similar to last year. but ordered first along with the xmas tree.. better than sold out later and can't get unless i pay exorbitant prices..

i wanted to order the steam locomotive. but it's sold out too!!

yep 8 so far.. they're quite impressive. haha.

used to be cheaper if we buy locally.. but with the recent price increase.. i think it's more or less about the same..

1st time ordering from amami so need yr advice. since shipping fee is not available yet. will they email us once stock is ready to be shipped including the shipping fee b4 deducting from our cc?

you are paying using paypal right?
when stocks are ready they will send the final invoice with the shipping fee quoted instead. then you log in to make payment.

I paid directly using CC. Same thing, they will send you an invoice. You can simply just reply them to make changes in payment. They respond quite fast and promptly.

In my humble opinion. Difficulty wise. It isn't difficult at all - just very tedious. It's probably a 6/10 for difficulty in terms of how complicated it is.

Terminator endoskeleton = 6.5/10
Tokyo Sky Tree mini = 8.5/10
Tokyo Sly Tree Deluxe = 9/10

I found the mini Sky Tree to be quite difficult to fix up.

From my experience. Ami2 usually has extra stocks. And there will also be people who pull out of the pre orders. So just keep watching till it releases officially and buy yours from ami2. Alternatively. You can order from a rakuten store and freight forward.

I've got no sauces or news about it coming to SG. Even if it does. It won't be cheap. I.e sold for $399 at action city - that was the RR price for the schloss Neuschwanstein
