These items are out of production for some time already. best bet would be to find them in shops that specialize in brick toys, and hope they have some leftovers.
If you see them online, it'll be super expensive due to its rarity.

I believe Xrisis has extra sets of the pure cream one to offload.
Brown one is more common compared to the pure cream one, but is an older kit. Therefore, as blocksalive mentioned, is out of production. It's a better idea to get the pure cream one and get the brown bricks needed to make the brown one (if your idea is wanting both). If you just want to collect the set for collections sake, then you've got to search really deep, or be prepared to pay a bomb.

The new Pokemon packaging isn't ziplock :(

stealtheagle posted a long rant..I mean discussion about this on FB. go check out the post.

https://www.facebook.com/straightoutoftheline

(p.s. show some support to our local builder..haha)

Not really a rant, but a comparison.

When I first examined the package, I thought I was holding a bag of microwavable popcorn bag or bag of peanuts...hence the idea of stuffed bag of form peanuts. :p

The ziplock is a godsend and I'm pretty sure we take it for granted until Kawada took it away.

actually on a usage pov.

The zip lock does not provide too much added value to this kit size as most oftenly with the catergorizing of blocks in small packs.
When u start you will open up all and put into another container to divide and pick out from and most likely finish in half and hour or slightly more.

With the pack not used.

The folded bags will have slightly larger volume therefore its a good way that IF I mean IF kawada stick to this 2 tier pricing.
More designs that wont hit the >500 blocks can go into this pack and sold for same price or we rather let them create something inbetween and priced higher?

Besides the removal of ziplock can drop the cost of the bags by up to 10-20% actually.

Thanks to Nano-Engineer for the Pure Cream Dachshund!

Another question for the people here, cause I'm new to this. Where can I get a suitable display case for those smaller Nanoblock like this dachshund? I've seen those LOZ branded casing or are some of your guys out there using those Daiso display cases?

Depends on what you meant by "suitable display case".

If you are looking to display the mini models together, you can try the Daiso display cases as they are stackable.

Depends on what item you are building. for those mini collections, animals, insects, etc. i would buy the daiso cases. for those sight to see collections, it would depend on the height of the items. but some daiso cases can fit them as well. you can build them first and check out if daiso has cases suitable for them. but of course the LOZ or nanoblock's case has the nanoblock base, which fixes them on the spot, whereas daiso cases would allow them to move around inside if shaken. of course, you can hold them onto the cases with glue or tape.

I think there was a discussion on StealthEagle's FB posting that the ziplocks do drop the cost, but is actually more friendly to people who are new - since they can keep the extra bricks inside the ziplocks.
