Kind of got sick of waiting for the results (and the possibility of not getting a queue number again) and went to look at resale flats in mid Jan.

Managed to find a suitable unit and settled the paperwork, just waiting for first appointment in March.
And the results still not out yet lol

But old blocks will not be 99 years and have to pay resale COV. but its up to u really, personal preference.

True that the waiting time is of cus shorter.
But if ur BTO number is good and u can pick an ideal unit, y not.
