Go to the hdb application status page. There are the past btos and sbf there

There are mice over there. For nov sbf, there are 2 mice, one on no of applications received, the other on application status.

The mouse on application status will disappear. When results are released, it will appear on application results

Think Joo Seng green is under Toa Payoh (when it's not even remotely near)

There were about 50 units of MacPherson mostly for units from the Feb 2015 BTO and a few units <5 from a recently TOP project.

Ironically I was able to get a much bigger grant, lower overall purchase price and better location (albeit a shorter lease and poorer condition) for my resale as compared to if I were to select a unit from the SOBF

the happiest person now is the one who applied 5-room Geylang. only 1 unit and he/she is the only 1 that applied. and of cus there is sbw..

Thanks! Will need to hack and retile most of the home so renovation cost will be at about 10k more than a regular BTO

No COV, only need to pay 2k option fees in cash (coincidentally same as BTO/SOBF)

Oh thats not bad. we didnt dare to get resale cause we are worried about cash savings being insufficient. worried about the fees that we didnt knw will suddenly appear.
