Nope it's still there. Just went to call hdb and she was unable to give any update, I asked if it will be out mid feb and she say can't confirm.. ask me to call again tmr or Monday, said usually they will get updates if it's soon

CSOs won't reveal the dates one, they will all say they do not know or they don't have info. Basically just ambiguous answers. So, no point calling them.

1. In your CPF, how much do you have?
2. Will you want to set aside some money before committing?
3. By default, HDB will wipe out your entire OA. So how much will you let then wipe out?
4. After deducting your CPF, how much is left? Then HDB will decide how much to loan you.

P.S Are you taking HDB loan or bank loan?

That's the process.

As many forum ppl have previously said, mid Feb can mean anytime from 10 Feb to 25 Feb.

If you all read previous BTO/SBF threads here, you will realise that HDB CSOs will only say two things, mid month or end month. Which is in itself very ambiguous already.

HDB cannot afford to give an exact date as they need to protect themselves in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Probably coz of all the public holidays.. plus usually results only out around 12th or later..
