Flat selection for SBF starts in Feb, I was a bit surprised that selection for SBW starts so early. From A to S is like damn far leh.

I joined the fb group, met up with one of the neighbour and went to see her 3room unit. Very small leh hahaha
But no choice.. don't wana wait again. If need bigger place then upgrade later on lo

I see my friend's house in yishun area. 4 room also not big. 5 room then has a bigger living room. all bedrooms the same size. not as big as old types.

First timer 95% allocation. If 100 units, you can be anything from 1-95 lor.

And no, FT don't get first 95 in practice since all is random.
