i think all the 2013 and 2014 projects sure can get keys by this year. Eastcrown also started already together with Eastbrooks soon. That's basically like the bulk of the SBF.

Hopefully drop out rate is high. Haha

Punggol here! But still got at least 2 mths of wait before the selection starts in May. Really hoping the Feb 17 BTO and increased resale grants will divert people away from the Nov 16 SBF units. Haha

2 I am afraid that we have not scheduled your flat selection appointment at this time. Nevertheless, we estimate that the selection exercise will begin in Apr 2017.

3 We will notify you via SMS to xxxxxxxx when the invitation package is available online on My HDBPage.

4 If you book a completed unit, we will typically arrange the appointment to take possession of the flat about 3-4months after the flat selection appointment.

Quite long. Was hoping to get it by June~July lol. Fat hope.

I also counting down for Sengkang. Hopefully it won't be in late April. Not in SG at that time.

Depends on your queue number. I wonder if they really clear at least 5 a day. I heard they send the appointment days 2 weeks before.. not sure true or not...then you can count from there.. what is your targetted area?

Went to see most of the sites, next choice is probably fernvale rivergrove. But most are high floor, I actually prefer 10 and below haha.

Bukit Panjang has been added into the list.. Total 22 flats (2,3,4,5 rooms combined) ...

notice a trend.. all the estate selecting now.. you combine total number of flats for 2rm,3rm,4rm,5rm .. all quite low ...

AMK --> 36 flats
BP --> 22 flats
Bukit Timah --> 13 flats
Clementi--> 64 flats
Paris Ris --> 20 flats
Queentown --> 84 flats
Serangoon --> 3 flats
Toa payoh --> 97 flats

From what I observe for the remaining 4rms in AMK and Clementi.. Either the flats are too expensive (4rm clementi ave 4, level 36, 580k, keys ready), low floor unit left , too old repossessed flats (>35 years), ethnic quota (might not have enough ethnic friends to make up the short fall) .. These left over flats might not be taken up... So moving on to other estates already...
