Also there's a raised highway with many trucks travelling on it. Those unit facing north and south-east-east not desirable. Especially mid to lower floor ones.

The view towards Sentosa or the sea beyond Labrador park if you do manage to get a unit will also not last cos there is enough land in front to build a few more btos...blocking all views. If you really want the sea view you got to wait for the launches beyond October.... Prices will continue to go up though.

theres gg to be 9000 homes planned there.
only those at coast line will have views.

Confirmed there are more housing towards the sea, but they will also be further from the MRT……anyway, I think GSWF is overrated as it is no where like East Coast Park, where there are beaches for play and swim
