I doubt a notch-less phone will be available. I think it will be just super small, like essential phone's. Unless there was some way to add the front camera underneath the screen, or a selfie screen at the back hmm. Vivo's retractable camera is just an accident waiting to happen

Flashing the phone to oxygen os should be easy i think. I always flash custom roms.

Depends on the situation. If you get from OnePlus HK directly, don't need to flash the OS.

But if you get from HK shops, then it depends whether their sets are HK sets or those China sets (and again, depends whether the pre flash their China sets before selling)

I think you need to declare when u come back to SG and pay GST, the ceiling is $600 if you're away for >48 hrs and the phone will surely be more than that.
