anybody got experience with geekermart? how the service?

1. if claim warranty is pass the phone to him then he settle for u?
2. out of the box is it china rom or global rom? he already open it and flash to global for u?

There’s 2 Qoo10 seller offering the base models at the same price for the base model.
One is jtbc (local shop) and the other is geeker(overseas)

If you are worried maybe can go with jtbc. Give them a call regarding the warranty.

If you read the q&a section. They actually clarified that they are both flash with the oxygenos

For ppl who are waiting for 6T, ask yourself if you need those additional features that are lacking in op6. For example, are you willing to pay $100 more for wireless charging features? Because for every features the phone has, it will sure eat into the cost. If you just need a basic phone then op6 is probably your best choice. Some ppl has no use for wireless charging and hence no point to pay extra for a phone with such feature. I think op6 is probably the best value for money liao cause 6T is probably gonna add alot features and cost more with the same snapdragon 845.
If camp for qoo10 coupon, definitely not paying $100 more. It has been $500+ since the OP5 days. If want to get it immediately after release, then no bian have to pay more.

OP6T will have a different screen with a smaller notch. worth waiting for it
If base on the R17 Pro, it will look damn good. That "water drop" notch and in-display fingerprint sensor. Its also using the same/similar camera with variable aperture.

The design for the water drop notch would probably be used. In screen fingerprint would be hard to say. As for the camera, definitely would not be same as R17 pro. Keep in mind if they were to adopt that, the price of oneplus 6T will definitely be much higher, which they wouldn't want to.

I would choose the better camera over the in-display fingerprint sensor :s13:
Large sensor + large pixel + large aperture + OIS is gonna make it a beast.

For those looking for full coverage full adhesive glass can look for this at taobao. Used this for my OP6 and current Mi8. It's similar to the original OP6 glass where a tiny bit of the black bezels do cut into the display a little but it's better to live with air gap. Cost me <$8 for 2 pieces after shipping.

Will definitely wait for the 6T before deciding which to get, if it has a teardrop notch and in display fingerprint at 500+ (with q10 coupon after sometime), it's a no brainer. By then, the price of 6 will also drop if 6T doesn't have that in display fingerprint

Chances are we wouldn't get the triple camera. OnePlus 6T would probably based on Oppo R17 instead of R17 Pro. So we will probably just get the water drop screen.
